The production center is responsible for timely delivery and accuracy of jobs sent by the client. This stage essentially involves transcriptionists converting voice files sent by clients to word documents. The transcribed files go through various levels of quality assurance where Proof Readers, Editors and Quality Analysts check for accuracy of the transcribed documents in the Production Center.
